The 2025 LEIRA Training Conference will be held at the Marcus Whitman Hotel in Walla Walla, WA. LEIRA has exclusive use of the property during the conference (125 guest rooms). Therefore, all rooms are available at the same rate, regardless of room type or the number of people staying in the room. The entire facility is non-smoking. ADA accessible rooms are available upon request. 

LEIRA is pleased to offer a discounted conference rate of $169 per night, excluding tax.  This rate is available for reservations for check-in starting September 21 and check-out through September 26. To receive the conference rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on 8/22/25. Reservations placed after 8/22/25 are subject to the best prevailing rate at the time of reservation.

A limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available for an additional $30/ night pet fee. Please note that only service animals are allowed in the classroom areas, restaurant and lounge, although pets are welcome on the lounge patio and in the lobbies/common areas.
